How can I buy/sell e-currency?
You can buy/sell e-currencies from us either by contacting us through any of our contact details or on our website. To buy/sell on our website, click Buy / Sell if you want to buy or SELL e-currencies if you want to sell, fill the form correctly, verify the details and submit.
How long does it take for my e-currency account to be funded?
We try our best to serve our prestigious and numerous customers as prompt as possible. Funding range between 30 minutes to 96 hours after payment is received and confirmed. However, contact us if funding has not been done after 24hours.
If I want to convert my e-currency to cash, how do I do that and how long will it take for me to get paid in Naira?
We will buy it from you and pay into your bank account. You can come to our office or place a SELL order on our website and instructions will be sent to your e-mail and/or phone when approved. Please do not send to our account before approval except otherwise instructed so. We pay either same day or within 96 business hours.
What is the Minimum E-currency that I can Buy or SELL?
The Minimum amount of e-currency you can BUY from us Or SELL to us is $20.
Which banks do you use?
We recieve payments through our accounts with Guaranty Trust Bank and First Bank of Nigeria PLC. We can add more banks anytime. Please login to your account to get our bank account details. Payment to our client can be done to any commercial bank in Nigeria.
What If I change my mind and Want a refund?
We can offer you a refund but that must be in accordance with our refund policy. See Terms and conditions.
I Can't Login To My E-currency Account. Can You Help?
Unfortunately we can't. Contact the owners of e-currency.
Can you create an e-currency account for me?
No. It is your responsibility to create an e-currency account and keep your details secure.
I noticed an error in the amount credited to my account. What should I do?
Contact our support with details of the error.
What's your working/support hours?
We work 8:00am to 5:00pm Mondays – Fridays and Saturdays 10:00am - 2:00pm
